Director of Capital Markets

Parvez Malik is the Managing Partner of BZR Commercial Realty a boutique commercial real estate company. He has been in the Texas business since 1983, with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Texas Real Estate Broker's License and is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate, certification for an underground storage tank system and related fuel dispensing systems TWC license "A" Installation curriculum. Formerly employed with prestigious Henry S. Miller Investments brokerage firm in Dallas. He was the initial director and team member in the setup of the Southlake KW Commercial division. He specializes primarily in the acquisition and disposition of Office, Retail & income-producing properties within the DFW MSA. He is land-use zoning & permitting consultant representing primarily clients matters with the City of Dallas. He has worked and lived in the DFW area for over 35 years.

Broker

Muhammad Patel began his real estate career in 2001 with Henry S. Miller Brokerage. He has experience with a demonstrated ability to solve the clients complex transactions of real estate. He in skilled in due diligence and contract negotiation. He concentrates on all aspects of investment properties including hotels, land, retail, industrial, and leasing. He works with local, national, and international clients who are seeking real estate for investments and income producing properties. Mr. Patel has a MBA in Marketing from Amber University in Garland, TX and an Electrical Engineering degree from Tennessee Technological University in Tennessee and the University of Bombay in India. He speaks fluent English, Hindi, Urdu, and Gujrati. He worked in the engineering field prior to joining the real estate community.

Lin Yuan has three years work experience in commercial real estate investments and was involved in several private equity projects raising funds. Lin went to Texas A&M University for a Master’s Degree in Land & Property Development and her background was in urban Design and Landscape Architecture. Lin is an active member of Trophy Club Women’s Club and she likes to volunteer for local community.

Retired Army Colonel, Javed (Jay) Chowdhry is a long-time resident of Colleyville, Texas, with extensive life and professional experience. He is results-oriented real estate sales professional with 20+ years in commercial and residential real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. With a Civil Engineering background and construction experience of multi-story hotels, gas stations, shopping strips and single-family homes, he has helped investors and users.

Client Relations

Kena S. is a native of San Antonio and graduated from Our Lady of the Lake San Antonio with a BA in English and a minor in Arts and Communication. She then went onto receive her Master's from Southern Methodist University. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
